Directions for use
The recommended dosage is 5 to 10g of BCAA per day, or 2 to 4 scoops.

Essential for rebuilding muscle fibers, Brennos BCAAs combine leucine, isoleucine and valine with a 2:1:1 ratio to supplement your workouts effectively and cleanly.
