Paleo Tiramisu
A good Tiramisu is a dessert that is both fine and delicious, a subtle balance of tastes and textures. At Brennos, we have tried to concoct a refined, delicious, but also healthy version. Rich in flavor but also in fiber (chia) and highly assimilable proteins thanks to the addition of our Protein Recover.
This Chia Pudding Tiramisu is perfect as a snack or dessert after a workout to rebuild muscle tissue.
Bonus: cocoa is a natural anxiolytic and antidepressant, perfect for reaching the top.
Ingredients:
- 150 ml of lukewarm vegetable milk (heat the milk)
- 20 ml Whole coconut cream (>60% coconut)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp RECOVER protein
- Equivalent to 1 teaspoon of Espresso (or 2)
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or agave)
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
1. Mix 75 ml of plant-based milk with the coffee + cocoa powder + Recover protein + 1 spoon of maple syrup + half of the Chia seeds. Let stand for 15 minutes.
2. In a separate container, mix 75 ml of vegetable milk with the remaining chia seeds, the spoonful of maple syrup and the vanilla extract. Let stand for 10 minutes then add on top of the first layer.
3. Whip the coconut cream into whipped cream, add to the Chia layer and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
