Antioxidant Smoothie

"To accentuate the antioxidant side of this smoothie, I chose to make it with blueberries, a powerful antioxidant and a truly delicious fruit."
Ingredients:
1 banana
100 gr of blueberries
1 tsp Red Superblend
6 cl of vegetable milk (rice, almond, etc.)
1 tbsp chia seeds
For the topping: some gluten-free oat flakes, grated coconut and sunflower seeds.
- In a blender, mix the banana, blueberries, Red Superblend powder and milk.
- Once the mixture is made, add the chia seeds, stir and leave to cool for 30 minutes until the seeds swell a little.
- Dress your smoothie in a bowl with your topping and enjoy.
