Smoothie Antioxydant

"To accentuate the antioxidant side of this smoothie, I chose to make it with blueberries, a powerful antioxidant and a truly delicious fruit."

Ingredients:
1 banana
100 gr of blueberries
1 tsp Red Superblend
6 cl of vegetable milk (rice, almond, etc.)
1 tbsp chia seeds
For the topping: some gluten-free oat flakes, grated coconut and sunflower seeds.

  1. In a blender, mix the banana, blueberries, Red Superblend powder and milk.
  2. Once the mixture is made, add the chia seeds, stir and leave to cool for 30 minutes until the seeds swell a little.
  3. Dress your smoothie in a bowl with your topping and enjoy.
