Vegan protein pancakes

This gourmet recipe has more than one trick up its sleeve! These pancakes will awaken your taste buds thanks to the buckwheat - cocoa - red fruits trio, and will satisfy your muscles thanks to the RECOVER protein (70% protein and BCAA). These pancakes are ideal for a healthy, filling and nourishing breakfast for the different cells and tissues of your body; or as a protein dessert much appreciated by the muscles after a big effort.

Ingredients:

  • 100g buckwheat flour (or oat/rice)
  • 300 ml of oat milk
  • 1 tbsp RECOVER protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds + 2 tbsp water (to replace 1 egg)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt

Toppings: Redcurrants and raspberries, maple syrup/honey or a spoonful of CARAWMEL Red Fruits

Steps: Mix the buckwheat flour, chia seeds, 2 tbsp of water, oat milk, bicarbonate and salt until you get a smooth texture. Let your dough rest for about twenty minutes then heat your pan and prepare your pancakes. Garnish with red fruits and CARAWMEL.
