Chia Colada

A healthy and protein-rich variation of the famous Piña Colada: taste-wise you "eat" a Piña; and nutritionally, you spoil your body and muscles. Adding a spoonful of BOOST makes this pudding stimulating (Maca & Guarana), and protein-rich (hemp). Packed with amino acids, hemp nourishes the muscles to rebuild them. Maca and Guarana provide a good dose of caffeine, antioxidants and vitamins. To be consumed for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients:

  • 125 ml whole coconut milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 100 gr of pineapple
  • 1 tbsp BOOST protein
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings : Grated coconut

Steps: Dice the pineapple and the banana into pieces, mix the two ingredients in a blender until you get a puree. Mix the BOOST protein, coconut milk and Chia seeds. Let the Chia / coconut mixture rest for 20 minutes then place it at the bottom of a glass. Place the banana / pineapple mix on top and sprinkle with grated coconut. You can leave your pudding in the fridge for half an hour if you wish.
