Healthy green blue pancakes! Discover the unique taste combination of coconut, vanilla and peppermint. Our latest creation, WELLNESS protein is low in carbohydrates, rich in quality proteins (hemp / almond), minerals (coconut water) and fiber. These pancakes will be the ideal ally if you want to get in shape or lose weight while treating yourself. The addition of fresh spinach brings a dose of vitamins, antioxidants and essential minerals to strengthen your immune system.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 6 tbsp water (to replace the egg)
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp WELLNESS protein
  • A handful of fresh spinach (or kale)
  • Topping: 1 kiwi, maple syrup or honey.

Steps:

1. Mix the ground flax seeds with the water. Let it sit

2. In a blender, add all the ingredients including the egg substitute and mix until you obtain a smooth texture.

3. Put some vegetable oil on a pan and make your pancakes!
