Detox Chocolate Cream

“Today I tested the Green Superblend mixture composed of spirulina, chlorella and matcha.
To best preserve the properties of these ingredients, it is best to consume them raw. To help you and vary the pleasures, I have made a raw and vegan recipe: a detox chocolate cream with avocado, cocoa and spirulina! »
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 banana
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 heaped tbsp raw cacao
1 to 2 tsp Green Superblend
1 tbsp of oilseeds (almond/hazelnut)
2 tbsp water
Optional: 1 to 2 tbsp coconut sugar (low GI)
- In a food processor, mix all the ingredients and blend at maximum power. When the texture is smooth and creamy, stop the food processor.
- Place your cream in a large jar or in two small bowls.
- Store in a cool place or eat immediately (best fresh).
