Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ frozen mango
- 2 tbsp RECOVER protein
- 1 tsp cocoa powder (replace with RECOVER )
- A handful of physalis cut in half
Toppings: Chocolate-Citrus Granoleas (oilseeds will also work), Physalis, melted dark chocolate
Steps: put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a creamy and homogeneous texture, add a little water if necessary. Pour everything into a bowl, add the toppings and enjoy fresh!
