Brennos Cookie Dough

If you are gaining mass and looking for a quick, healthy, tasty and protein-rich dessert, here it is. You will find in this dough highly assimilable proteins, and BCAAs to build your muscles. Cashew nuts provide essential fatty acids to restructure cell membranes, particularly in the brain, and facilitate neurotransmission.
Ingredients:
- 100 gr of cashew nuts
- 60 gr of gluten-free oat flakes
- 2 tbsp RECOVER protein
- 60 ml almond milk
- 50 ml maple syrup
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 handful of vegan dark chocolate chips (70% or more)
Steps: put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a paste and homogeneous texture. Then add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. Leave the preparation in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours. Take your spoon or serve in ramekins, and enjoy!
