Soft brownies that are good for you? Discover Brennies, a recipe designed to help your muscle fibers rebuild after exercise. Brennies are designed to help your muscle fibers rebuild after exercise. RECOVER protein contains 70% easily assimilated protein and BCAAs as a bonus. Added to this are the antioxidant, anxiolytic and nutritional properties of cocoa, to better face the days without. To be consumed after exercise as a snack or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 80 gr of natural apple compote
  • 60g of pure cocoa powder (ideally non-defatted)
  • 2 large tbsp of RECOVER protein
  • 2 handfuls of nuts or seeds of your choice
  • Optional: Brennos spread of your choice on a still-warm Brennie.

Steps: First, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix the bananas, compote, cocoa powder, RECOVER and nuts. Pour into a glass container. Bake for 20min at 200°C, remove and let cool before enjoying!
