Bananapple

Combining Red Superblend with cocoa, this smoothie provides a high dose of energy, as well as the electrolytes from coconut water. It's apple-banana compote revisited for a guaranteed boost; perfect in the morning or before a workout!

In a blender, mix:
1 Apple
1 Banana
1 tbsp Red Superblend
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp lemon juice
150 ml coconut water
optional: sprinkle with chia seeds

Mix and enjoy!
