Boosted Banana Bread
The RED blend is versatile. You can put it in a smoothie but also in... banana bread!
Ultra-boosted thanks to Maca and Guarana, this banana bread is full of antioxidants (Açai & Baobab) so that the billions of cells that keep you alive remain healthy and do not break down. INGREDIENTS
- 4 bananas
- 1flax-egg - egg substitute (ground flax + water)
- 250 gr of oat flour
- 2 large tbsp of RED BLEND
- 4 tbsp agave syrup (or other)
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 150ml of vegetable milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Optional: vanilla extract, but especially RED CARAWMEL.
STEPS
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C, butter the mold.
2. Mix 1 tbsp of ground flax with 2.5 tbsp of water. Let stand for 5 min.
3. Mix the flour with the bicarbonate and salt.
4. In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, add the flax egg, agave syrup, oil, milk and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients.
5. Pour into the mold and cook for about 45 minutes at 175°C
