INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bananas
  • 1flax-egg - egg substitute (ground flax + water)
  • 250 gr of oat flour
  • 2 large tbsp of RED BLEND
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup (or other)
  • 1.5 tsp baking soda
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 150ml of vegetable milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Optional: vanilla extract, but especially RED CARAWMEL.


STEPS
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C, butter the mold.
2. Mix 1 tbsp of ground flax with 2.5 tbsp of water. Let stand for 5 min.
3. Mix the flour with the bicarbonate and salt.
4. In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, add the flax egg, agave syrup, oil, milk and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients.
5. Pour into the mold and cook for about 45 minutes at 175°C
